He hopes to share some nuggets of advice for men.
“We need to have a conversation about things that matter now. I want to share with the public, and I hope they can learn from me as much as I can learn from them, ”Kumona said.

The editor of GQ understands that balance in life and personal care are essential.
He said: “When you do what you love it doesn’t always look like work, but you have to be able to balance your personal and professional life well.”
Kumona believed it was important to take care of his physical well-being, especially during the pandemic.
“It has become a habit to neglect yourself while working from home. How you take care of yourself is important and it matters, ”he said.
He added: “The dialogue around mental health is important because the pandemic has hit us in ways we never expected. As men, we must constantly engage with how life’s events have affected us. It is necessary to understand better, so that we can change our perspective on the matter. “
Kumona’s approach to staying positive was to stay optimistic and deal with things in the moment, so you don’t get overwhelmed.
