Lee Min-ho flies to the United States to attend the 2021 Art + Film Gala in honor of Steven Spielberg and 2 others – Manila Bulletin

Korean star Lee Min-ho flew to the United States on November 3 to attend the 2021 Art + Film Gala hosted by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
LACMA “is the largest art museum in the western United States, with a collection of nearly 147,000 objects that illuminate 6,000 years of artistic expression around the world. Committed to showcase, ”according to the museum.
At the gala on November 6, LACMA will honor artists Amy Sherald and Kehinde Wiley, as well as renowned filmmaker Steven Spielberg.
The 2021 Art + Film Gala is co-chaired by actor Leonardo DiCaprio and Eva Chow, administrator of LACMA.
Besides Lee Min-ho, “Squid Game” star Lee Jung-jae also left for the United States on November 3rd. “Squid Game” star Park Hae-soo, Lee Byung-hun and Jung Woo-sung boarded their flight at Incheon International. Airport on November 4 to attend the gala in Los Angeles. “Squid Game” director Hwang Dong Hyuk was also invited to attend the event.
Soul singer and songwriter Celeste will perform at the 2021 Art + Film Gala. Proceeds from the Art + Film gala will be used for “LACMA’s initiative to place the film at the heart of the museum’s programming, while also funding the mission more off LACMA. This includes exhibitions, acquisitions and educational programs, in addition to screenings that explore the intersection of art and cinema.
Lee Min-ho will star in Apple TV + ‘s “Pachinko”, which is about to be released. “Pachinko” is the story of a four-generation Korean immigrant family and is based on the novel of the same name by Korean-American author Lee Min-jin.
Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars Youn Yuh-jung and Lee Min-ho are the main characters in “Pachinko”.
Apple TV + launched in South Korea on November 4 with the Korean sci-fi drama series “Dr. Brain.”
