The LIV Golf Invitational Series has finally begun and it’s been a busy day in the golfing world with the PGA Tour banning all current and future players from LIV Golf just half an hour into the action.

Almost immediately, LIV responded by calling the PGA Tour’s decision “vindictive” and said it was “definitely not the last word on the matter.” On the golf course, Charl Schwartzel of the all-South African side ‘Stingers GC’, led the way at five under par, one clear of teammate Hennie Du Plessis. Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson, who played together in the first round and are together again on day two, are one under.

Just like Thursday, each player leaves at 2:15 p.m. local time (9:15 a.m. ET) in the second round in a shotgun starting format:
