As the CEO of a venture capital-backed start-up, I obviously wear many hats in the service of building a great company. At Zero, I’m primarily responsible for: “Keeping the Vision” — making sure everyone on the team knows where we’re trying to go and why. In the breath of our daily work, it is easy — and fatal — to lose sight of this. My job is to make sure no one does. Making sure I know exactly what our customers need and getting it built. Lead an increasingly high performing team of very smart people in a very dynamic and highly competitive business environment. In regards to that, I think Bruce Springsteen said it best: “Nobody wins unless everybody wins.” Stay current with both what’s happening in the legal and AI worlds, and what’s next. Showing up every morning energized, focused and focused on my game – and helping everyone else do the same. And finally – make it all fun.
